The only information this website collects is what you type into the custom-order request form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, your business or organization if you give one, and the details of the order you are asking about — products, quantity, sizes, colors, placement, timing, preferred language and your notes.

The form includes one hidden field used to catch automated spam submissions. It is never shown to you and a real visitor never fills it in.

We use it for one thing: to prepare your image proof and invoice, and to reply to you about your request. If you ask us to reply in Spanish, we use that preference to do so.

Submissions are delivered into the customer-management system QuadPress Creations uses to track requests, produce proofs and issue invoices. Payments, when you choose to approve a proof, are handled by our payment provider — this website never sees or stores card details.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not involved in producing your order.

Logo and artwork files are sent to us by email rather than through this website. We use your artwork only to set up, proof and produce your order.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is used to build a profile of you.

We keep request and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email quadpresscreations@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

This website is intended for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
