How It Works
QuadPress Creations is a custom shop, not a store. Every order is your design on our blank apparel, so it starts with a request and a proof — never with a charge.
Browse the products
Decide what you want branded: t-shirts, work-crew shirts, caps, tote bags or engraved drinkware. You do not need to know the blank brand or the exact colors yet.
Send a request with your logo
Fill in the request form with the product, quantity, sizes, colors and where the print should sit, then email us your artwork. Tell us what you have and we will tell you if it will press cleanly.
We review the artwork and send a proof
We check the file, set up the design at the right size for the product, and send you an image proof of how it will look — together with an invoice for the job.
You approve by paying the invoice
Happy with the proof? Paying the invoice is how you approve it, and that is the point where the order becomes real. Not happy? Tell us what to change, or walk away at no cost.
We produce it in-house
Shirts and totes go on the flat heat press, caps on the curved hat press, and drinkware on the laser engraver. All of it happens here in Romeoville.
Pickup in Romeoville, or we ship
Collect the order locally in Romeoville, or we can ship it to you. We confirm which one — and the dates — when we send your proof.
Artwork and details
What we need from you
The better the file you send, the sharper the press. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt or a screenshot, send it anyway — we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up at the size you want.
quadpresscreations@gmail.com- PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG. A transparent PNG or a vector file is ideal.
- The largest version you have. A small image blown up to full-back size will look soft.
- Let us know the colors that matter — an exact brand color, or the shirt color you want it on.
- Tell us the placement: left chest, full front, full back, sleeve or hat front.
- Email artwork to quadpresscreations@gmail.com with your name so we can match it to your request.
Straight answers
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because there is no single price. The cost depends on which blank you want, how many, how many print locations and how big they are. A quote comes back with your proof.
Am I charged when I submit the form?
No. Submitting the request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The only payment is the invoice we send with your proof, and paying it is how you approve the design.
What if I only need one shirt?
That is fine. Small runs and single personalized pieces are a normal part of the work, alongside crew and uniform orders.
Can you match a color exactly?
Tell us the color you need and we will tell you what is realistic on the blank you have chosen before you approve anything. The proof is where you check it.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product, the quantity and what is already on the press. We confirm a realistic date with your proof and invoice rather than promising one up front.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and you can pick which one you would like us to reply in on the request form.
